The factory will be closing on Wednesday 23rd December which is also the last date that deliveries will be made by our couriers before Christmas.

Please place any orders needed for Christmas by mid-day Monday 21st December at the latest to allow for any possible delays in the courier system as they may be dealing with a lot of extra packages with staff numbers still limited by the pandemic.

Please note that Royal Mail are struggling with additional Christmas post and reduced staff so please place any postal orders (samples or craft packs) by Tuesday 15th December to allow for additional delivery lead time.

We will then be closed from Christmas Eve through Boxing Day Bank Holiday on Monday 28th December, with the office re-opening with a skeleton staff on limited hours on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th December when the couriers will be making some deliveries. 

Normal opening hours and deliveries resume as of Monday 4th January 2021.
