Local business Middlewick Farm, created a spa for their luxury holiday cottages, glamping visitors, and locals. Two shepherd’s huts were converted as treatment rooms with a third added as a nail bar and additional treatment room. This shepherd hut was painted with our Tor Stone Wood Paint, which was very appropriate as you can see Glastonbury Tor rising majestically from the countryside beyond.
Tor Stone is a warm and naturally calming colour in the Somerset Heritage Colour Collection.  Thorndown Wood Paint is a high performing water-based eco paint designed for exterior use, with VOC free architectural exterior-grade colour pigments.
Playhouse Shepherds Hut
Shepherd Huts aren’t just for adults and this beautifully designed and hand crafted children’s shepherds hut is a stunner.Â
This mini shepherds hut is scaled down to fit children, without losing any of the charm and decorative features that a full sized hut or gypsy caravan would enjoy. Window boxes and shutters add to the absolute charm and the use of good quality ironmongery on the stable door finishes off the high standard of the hut build.
The hut has been painted with Thorndown Goblin Blue Wood Paint on the main body of the exterior with Swan White on the trims, door, window features and interior to brighten it up and increase the feeling of space. These bespoke handcrafted shepherd huts are available to buy through Taunton Sheds and come with steps.
