The office and factory will be closing for Christmas on Friday 22nd December at 1pm then re-opening Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at the usual times of 9-5pm.

We recommend placing Christmas orders by midday Monday 18/12 so they don’t get caught up with the Christmas parcels rush, although our couriers are still delivering on the 22nd.

For Royal Mail orders (sample tins and craft packs) try to order early in week of 11th December to be safe or contact the office to arrange a courier delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched that day and normally delivered the following working day by our specialist liquid couriers.

Sample tins and Craft Packs are sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked unless otherwise requested.

Some bespoke RAL orders can take a bit longer if colour matching required.
