Using carefully sourced and selected ingredients we have produced a range of high-performing water-based eco paints that contain a 100% recycled plastics resin and VOC (volatile organic compounds) free exterior grade colour pigments that perform at the highest levels in the Blue Wool Scale for weather and UV resistance so the colour you paint is the colour you see for years!

Their superb strength and depth of colour produce stunningly strong coats with a beautifully reflective resonance. With our tinting technology colour reproduction is 99.9% accuracy and enables us to make over 1800 RAL, 2050 NCS, 924 Pantone C and 434 British Standard colours in addition to our colour ranges consisting of gorgeous modern and heritage colours and translucent wood tones including a UV Clear.

Our Wood Paint creates a highly durable and long-lasting coating that protects timber, repels water, has minimal VOC & odour, and can be used on all types of wood inside and outside of the home. Specifically designed for exterior use it stands up to year round weather conditions protecting you timber from the sun, rain and ice.

Being so hard-wearing and with very low odour it’s also the perfect choice for interior woodwork from skirting boards, frames, cladding and doors to furniture. If it’s made from wood you can paint it! To complete the wood care range we have a water-based Wood Preserver and Stain Blocking Primer in 4 colours to compliment our Wood Paints.

Thorndown’s Wall Paint is a stunning high-performance eco paint with minimal VOC and odour for indoor use. With no need for a primer it can be easily applied to any surface from walls to ceilings, plaster or synthetic coving, and is so good that it adheres directly to metal and wood with no need for a primer. The perfect choice for colour drenching.
