Forest Garden Products’ Hampton Court Show Garden with Thorndown Wood Paint
Forest returned to the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival in July 2022 working again with multi award-winning garden designer Martyn Wilson. They created four garden zones to showcase some of their amazing timber products, and demonstrate what you can achieve in your garden plot.
Forest also share our passion and commitment to the environment, which is one of the reasons why they like to use our eco wood paint. They are a carbon neutral company that use sustainable timber predominantly grown in the UK and cut in their own sawmill, and they look after their people and the local community!
They used our Wood Paint on a selection of their most popular timber garden products, showing off our paints wonderfully and demonstrating how you can make wood paint colour part of your garden design.
The show garden was a great success proving very popular with visitors who took away lots of great inspiration for their gardens.Â
This stunning show garden design included the Firenze Corner Arbour painted with our RAL 7037 Dusty Grey wood paint; Garden Bar in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey with Greymond interior; Xtend Garden Building with trims and frames in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey with Slatted Wall Planter and Slender Planters to each side also painted in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey; Victorian Tall Wall Greenhouse in Meadowsweet Cream; Victorian Walkaround Greenhouse in Goddess Green; and the Georgian Tall Wall Greenhouse in Ebbor Stone.
Painting is easy with minimal prep and just 2 coats required for full exterior protection. Being water-based it’s a pleasure to use and really easy to clean up decorating tools with just water or a tiny bit of soap. We use VOC free architectural exterior-grade colour pigments that are highly lightfast and weather resistant so will last for years and years!
