If you’re looking to ‘crack’ on with some painting projects this Easter we would recommend that you place orders by 12.30pm on Monday 14th April to allow plenty of time for the postal service and any potential courier delays.

Paint orders placed by 12.30pm on Wednesday 16th April will still go out by next day delivery so should be delivered on Thursday 17th April. Please note that craft packs and sample tins go out via Royal Mail’s 48hr small parcel service so please contact the office on 01458 258588 or studio@thorndown.co.uk if you need to upgrade to the 24hr delivery service.

The office and factory will be closed on Good Friday 18th April and Easter Monday 21st April with couriers not delivering on those days either.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched that day and normally delivered the following working day by our specialist liquid couriers.

Sample tins and Craft Packs are sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked unless otherwise requested.

Some bespoke RAL orders can take a bit longer if colour matching required.
