Christmas Opening & Delivery Dates

It’s a busy time of year for the postal service and couriers so here we share our recommendations for ordering to get your delivery in time for Christmas.

TUESDAY 16/12 – place Royal Mail orders for craft packs and 150ml sample tins by end of day to give the postal service plenty of time to deliver for Christmas

WEDNESDAY 17/12 – place orders for paint tins by 12.30pm giving plenty of time in case of courier hold-ups or mishaps

MONDAY 22/12 – last orders by 12.30pm for next day courier deliveries. Contact the office to upgrade Royal Mail orders to courier delivery to get craft pack and sample tin orders in time

The factory and office will be CLOSED from 1pm on Tuesday 23/12 and re-opening on Monday 5/1/26 from 9am-5pm, although a CHRISTMAS ELF will be coming in on the morning of Monday 29/12 to get orders out for the couriers to deliver on Tuesday 30/12, and the morning of Friday 2/1/26 for delivery Monday 5/1/26 just in case you have any painting projects you want to get on with.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched that day and normally delivered the following working day by our specialist liquid couriers. Some areas of Scotland, Highlands and Islands go out via ParcelForce on a 2-3 day service.

Sample tins and Craft Packs are sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked unless otherwise requested.

Some bespoke RAL orders can take a bit longer if colour matching required.
